You complete 108 questions and receive a personalized report with insights, recommendations, and an action plan.

How is it different from personality tests?

Personality tests measure who you are; the SPS Assessment measures how effectively you're building your business. It focuses on actionable business capabilities (strategy, communication, operations) rather than personality traits. The results give you a roadmap for improvement, not just self-awareness.

Taking the Assessment

Can I pause and return later?

Yes, your progress is automatically saved as you work through the questions. If you need to step away, you can close your browser and return later to pick up where you left off. Your session will remain active for easy continuation.

Can I retake it, and how often?

Yes, you can retake the assessment as often as you'd like. Each assessment costs $9.97 and generates a new report. We recommend retaking it every 3-6 months to track your progress and identify new areas for growth as your business evolves.

Understanding Your Results

What will my report include?

Your report includes: (1) scores across Strategy, Persuasion, and Systems with clear strength/weakness labels, (2) your founder archetype pattern (e.g., Visionary Seller, Systematic Operator), (3) AI-generated analysis of how your pattern impacts your business, (4) specific frameworks and tools to address gaps, (5) a 30-day action roadmap, and (6) recommended next steps with time and impact estimates.

What are the founder archetypes?

Founder archetypes are patterns based on your score combinations across the SPS Triad. Examples include the Architect (high Strategy and Systems, lower Persuasion), the Influencer (high Persuasion, weaker Systems), and the Integrator (balanced across all three). Your archetype helps identify your natural strengths and most urgent constraints.

How do I use the report to improve?

Start with the "30-Day Roadmap" section in your report, which breaks improvement into weekly actions. Focus on your weakest dimension first—it's your growth constraint. Use the recommended frameworks (like OKRs for Strategy, StoryBrand for Persuasion, or EOS for Systems) and track your progress using the milestones provided in the Progress Tracker section.

Account, Data & Support

What data do you collect and why?

We collect your account information (name, email), your assessment responses, and payment details (processed securely by Stripe). This data is used exclusively to generate your personalized report, improve assessment accuracy, and provide customer support. We never sell your data to third parties. How is my data secured? Do you sell it?

All data is encrypted both in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, stored securely in Replit's cloud environment. We use industry-standard security practices including bcrypt password hashing and limited team access. We absolutely do not sell your personal data or individual assessment responses to anyone. Stripe handles all payment processing with PCI-DSS compliance.

How do I get help or delete my data?

For support, email us at support@ifounder.io. To request data deletion, send an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we'll process it within 30 days. You can also request data corrections, exports, or ask questions about how we use your information.
